Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 31, 2026. English is the policy.
This Privacy Policy describes how Sunset Gaming LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Your Site (referred to in this Privacy Policy as "Your Site," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with this website (www.yoursite.site), shop pages on yoursite.site, text messages, logins, and the Your Site service (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, making a login, texting us, or making a payment, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Who We Are
Your Site is operated by Sunset Gaming LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Your Site is a DBA (doing business as) name of Sunset Gaming LLC, not a separate legal entity. When you see a charge on your card statement, it will appear as WE POST IT. Our principal place of business is in Texas, United States. We are not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice.
2. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you use the Service, including when you visit www.yoursite.site, open a shop page we host, submit the Start form, make a login, text us, or pay. The Service is a one-page shop website we host for $9.99 a month, plus related texts and, where you ask, setup help so customers can find the shop. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or platforms such as Google, Facebook, Apple Maps, Bing, Stripe, Resend, Yelp, Nextdoor, or Foursquare, each of which has its own privacy policy.
3. Information We Collect
This is also our notice at collection. We collect only what we need to run the Service.
3.1 Login
If you make a Your Site login, we collect your email, a username, and a hashed password. We send a confirm-email link so we know that inbox is yours. If you sign in with Google, Google sends us your name and a verified email. We do not receive your Google password. We use a signed session cookie so you stay signed in on your shop page. We do not run a public customer dashboard beyond the shop page and the login page.
3.2 Information You Provide to Us
- Shop Information: Shop name, ZIP, and phone number. This is the minimum information required to start the Service.
- Photos and Words: Photos you text to us or upload, and any captions, descriptions, or other text you send with those photos or separately.
- Service Preferences: Hours of operation, additional towns or service areas, website look or palette preferences, and other information you tell us about your shop.
- Text Messages: The content of text messages you send to us and our replies. Text is how we communicate about the Service, how you send photos and change requests, and how you contact us.
- Feedback: If you use the Feedback page, the words you send and any phone or shop name you include.
3.3 Information We May Copy From Your Existing Google Business Profile
If you already have a Google Business Profile listing when you start the Service, we may copy public information from that listing so you do not have to retype it. This may include hours, street address, and category. We copy this only to make setup easier. You remain the owner of your Google Business Profile. We never take a Google or Facebook password.
3.4 Payment Information
We use Stripe to handle credit card and debit card payments. Stripe collects and processes your payment card information. We do not store or have access to your full card number. We receive from Stripe a confirmation that you paid, the amount, the date, a receipt identifier, and the last four digits of the card for records and support. Stripe's use of payment information is governed by Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com.
3.5 Cookies, Local Storage, and Connection Notes
We use a signed session cookie so you stay signed in. We use browser local storage to remember English or Spanish and the last ZIP you typed on the Start form. We may log your connection's nearby city, ZIP, state, and country (approximate, from the connection), the page you came from, timezone, and device type so we can run the shop and see how visitors find us. We do not store your full IP address. We do not use GPS. We do not use third-party cookies or ad pixels from Meta, Google Ads, or other ad networks. We do not sell visitor lists.
3.6 Do Not Track
We do not use advertising trackers. A "Do Not Track" signal in your browser does not change extra switches on this site, because there is no ad-tracking to turn off. Language and login cookies still work so the site can function.
3.7 Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect your Google password or Facebook password. If you make a Your Site login with a password, we store only a one-way hash, not the password itself. We do not collect your browsing activity on other websites. We do not collect precise device location. We do not collect biometric information. We do not run background checks or collect government-issued identification numbers.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To Provide the Service: Shop name, ZIP, phone, photos, and other facts you give us to build and host your one-page website, and to help with listings you ask us to place.
- To Place Your Business on Online Platforms: Shop name, ZIP, phone, and photos may be submitted to Google Business Profile (with your participation), Facebook, Apple Maps, Bing Places for Business, Yelp (free claim), Nextdoor Business, and Foursquare so customers can find you.
- To Communicate With You: We text the number you give about the Service. We use email, if you give one, for payment receipts, a confirm-email link, and a password-reset link if you ask.
- To Process Payments: Stripe charges $9.99 a month until you cancel.
- To Maintain a Shop File: An internal record (you do not have a portal into it) with shop facts, photos, payment status, website settings, and notes so we can keep the page without making you retype everything.
- To Sign You In: Email, username, hashed password or Google sign-in, and the session cookie.
- To Improve the Service: Aggregated, de-identified counts (for example how many shops started), not a sold list of names.
- To Comply With Law: Subpoena, tax, payment records, or similar legal duties.
5. How We Share Your Information
5.1 Service Providers
- Hosting (Vercel): Hosts this website and shop pages.
- Payments (Stripe): Card charges and receipts.
- Phone and text tools: Deliver texts with you.
- Email (Resend): Confirm-email and password-reset messages.
We require providers to use your information only to serve us, consistent with this policy.
5.2 Online Platforms Where We Place Your Business
Google Business Profile, Facebook, Apple Maps, Bing Places for Business, Yelp (free claim), Nextdoor Business, and Foursquare. Once information is on those platforms, their rules apply. You remain the owner of Google and Facebook. We do not claim those accounts.
5.3 We Do Not Sell or Share for Advertising
We do not sell personal information. We do not sell a list of shop names, phones, emails, or photos. We do not share personal information for a third party's own ads. We do not share for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not join ad networks that track people across sites.
5.4 Legal Obligations and Protection
We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe in good faith it is needed to comply with process, protect our rights, enforce the User Agreement, or protect safety. That may include law enforcement, tax authorities, or payment processors.
5.5 Business Transfers
If Your Site or Sunset Gaming LLC is in a merger, sale of assets, or similar event, information may move to the successor. We will post a notice or text you.
6. Data Retention
- Active Service: While you pay, we keep what we need to run the Service.
- One-Year Hosted Website: If you pay at least one month, the one-page site stays up twelve months from first successful payment, even if you cancel. We keep the files for that year.
- Login: Until you ask us to close it, or we close it for abuse or law.
- Payment Records: Up to seven years or as tax, Stripe, and recordkeeping require.
- After Cancellation: After the one-year site period, we may delete or anonymize what we control, except records we must keep.
7. Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures, including hashing passwords and signing session cookies. No internet transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You transmit information at your own risk. If you think a login or shop file was compromised, text us.
8. Age Restriction
The Service is for adult business owners 18 or older. It is a business-to-business service, not for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we did, we will delete it. Text us if you believe we have information from a person under 18.
9. Your Choices
9.1 Access and Correction
Text us to ask what we have about your shop or to correct it. We will respond in a reasonable time.
9.2 Deletion
Text us to delete shop information and take down the page we host. We will delete or anonymize what we control, subject to Section 6. We cannot erase copies already on Google, Facebook, Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp, Nextdoor, Foursquare, or someone else's phone.
9.3 Stop Text Messages
Reply STOP to opt out of further service texts. STOP does not cancel pay and does not delete records. Photos and service talk happen by text, so stopping texts stops us from providing the Service. To cancel pay, text us to cancel.
9.4 Cancel Subscription
Text us. No refund is required. The one-page site stays up twelve months from first successful payment, as in the User Agreement.
9.5 Language Preference
Clear the language choice by clearing site data in your browser.
9.6 Close a Login
Text us to close a Your Site login. We will stop that login from signing in. Shop files and the one-year hosted site still follow Section 6 and the User Agreement.
10. Third-Party Sites and Services
This Privacy Policy does not apply to Google, Facebook, Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp, Nextdoor, Foursquare, Stripe, or Resend. Review those policies if you use those services.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this page. The "Last updated" date will change. For a material change we may post a notice or text you. Using the Service after an update means you accept the new page.
12. State Privacy Rights (including California)
If you live in a U.S. state with extra privacy rights (including California, Texas, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah), you may have the right to know, access, correct, or delete personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing for ads. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no "Do Not Sell or Share" switch to flip. To use a state right, text us. We will not deny the Service, charge extra, or give a worse shop page because you asked. We may need to confirm it is you (for example the shop phone we already have).
Categories we may collect, for the purposes in Section 4, and keep as in Section 6:
| Category | Examples for this Service |
|---|---|
| Identifiers | Shop name, phone, email, username, login id |
| Commercial information | That you paid $9.99, Stripe receipt id, last four of the card |
| Internet or electronic activity | Language choice, session cookie, referrer, device type, coarse city/ZIP of the connection (not full IP) |
| Geolocation (coarse) | Shop ZIP you type; approximate city/state of a visitor connection. Not GPS. |
| Sensory / visual | Photos you text or upload |
| Professional / business | Hours, towns, jobs, and other shop facts you give us |
We do not collect sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. We do not use personal information for targeted advertising on this site.
13. Where Information Is Processed
The Service is operated from Texas, United States. Hosting, payments, email, and related tools may process information in the United States. If you use the Service from another country, you understand that information is handled in the United States, where laws may differ from your country.
14. Texas Law
Sunset Gaming LLC is a Texas limited liability company. This Privacy Policy is governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Privacy disputes, to the extent they are litigated, belong in the state courts of Texas, as in the User Agreement.
15. Contact
Questions about this Privacy Policy or your information: text us. The text number is given when you start. You can also use the Contact page. We are not a law firm. This page is not legal advice. The public terms are the Terms of Service. The box you check at Start is the User Agreement at /legal.
16. English Language
Spanish on this website is for convenience. English is the binding language for this Privacy Policy, the User Agreement, the Terms of Service, and the Terms of Use. If a translation disagrees with English, English controls.
